Opportunity Description

This is a project-based opportunity for experienced Digital & Creative Specialists based in North Macedonia (Remote). We are building a network of professionals who can support companies across a range of digital projects, including digital presence management, SEO, web design and development, e-commerce, LinkedIn marketing automation, and social media content. The scope, duration, and workload will vary depending on the specific project and client requirements.

We are particularly interested in specialists with strong experience on the following areas:

• Digital Presence Management
• SEO Management
• Conversion Rate Optimization
• Web Design & Development
• E-Commerce Services
• LinkedIn Marketing Automation
• Social Media Content & Management

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables from start to finish
• Work with KOVA and/or the client to understand project requirements and objectives
• Develop and execute work according to agreed timelines and quality standards
• Communicate clearly throughout the project and provide updates when required
• Identify issues or potential delays early and communicate them proactively
• Collaborate with other specialists when a project requires multiple areas of expertise
• Make recommendations based on your professional experience and understanding of the project
• Ensure the final work is accurate, professional, and aligned with the client's goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in one or more of the digital or creative areas listed above
• Strong portfolio or examples of previous work
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and manage your own responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Professional approach to deadlines, feedback, and revisions
• Experience working directly with clients or businesses is an advantage
• You don't need to be experienced in everything listed above. We're looking for specialists who are particularly strong in their area and can deliver quality work independently.
  

Compensation, project scope, and duration will be discussed based on the specific project and your experience.
