Agron, based in Struga, North Macedonia, leads client acquisition, business development, and market operations across the United States and Europe. He works directly with clients to ensure clear communication, strong execution, and a delivery model that supports scale from day one.


Valdrin, based in Berlin, Germny, leads systems architecture, infrastructure resilience, and digital operations across the United States and Europe. He maintains secure, scalable environments aligned with client requirements, enabling consistency, reliability, and scale across regions and time zones.


Kaltrin, based in Struga, North Macedonia, leads the technical stack, systems enablement, and internal tooling. He ensures every new hire is securely onboarded, fully equipped, and operational from day one, creating the technical foundation required for scalable operations across all regions.


Ermal, based in Virginia, USA, leads in strategic direction, partnerships, investments, and market expansion. He works closely with partners to design engagements that drive long term value creation, operational leverage, and sustainable growth.


The goal is to make talent work as a real growth engine in a world where speed, AI driven change, and global competition demand a new level of agility.
